Eetcafé De Rog
‘Eetcafé De Rog’ is a cosy pub/restaurant which is located in the center of the village. In summertime it offers two terraces in the front and back where lots of people enjoy their meals and drinks. The interior looks like a pub and whether you like to have your meal or drink at a table or at the bar, the food tastes just as good. A good choice between fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, with some local products used in the recipes. We suggest to make a reservation ahead. Open all year through!

Paal 33 – Kaap Noord
Beach restaurant ‘Kaap Noord’ is situated at a unique location of the island. Enjoy the beautiful views to the next island Vlieland, the ferry, the colourfull sails of the catamarans and the sandbanks with their seals. Nice terrace and a restaurant which offers you the feeling you are at home!

Paal 28
Located in between two nature reserves, de Slufter and de Mandenvallei, this restaurant is situated at the top of the dunes of the only bathing area in the North tip of the island. The beach of ‘Paal 28′. Lots of room inside the restaurant and outside at the nice terrace. It offers a big variety of meat- and fish dishes. Open all year through. In wintertime closed at Monday and Tuesday and after Christmas holidays closed for
two weeks.

Restaurant RJ
‘Restaurant RJ’ (De Robbenjager) is situated next to Dunepark and camping De Robbenjager and nearby the lighthouse of Texel. The restaurant is just the right place for a drink or a snack but also for an exclusive diner. RJ was renovated recently and is openend all year round. In summer there is a beautiful lounge terrace.

Regional restaurant Topido
A small restaurant with a great kitchen! This restaurant offers a lot of local homemade products. A bit higher standard compared to the other restaurants but worth wile a visit if you like fine food! Outside a small terrace and limited opening hours in wintertime.

Restaurant De Aanleg
From January 2020 restaurant ‘De Aanleg’ got a completely new look. Also  the new menu was developed with beautiful dishes and a new wine list.

Grand Café Bij Joost
‘Bij Joost’ is a cosy restaurant with a big terrace. The restaurant is the right place for a good lunch as well as an excellent diner. Joost and his team do everything they can to make you feel comtortable and happy. To make you enjoy your visit and your dish is their motivation and passion.

Ice-cream farm Labora
‘Ice-cream farm Labora’ uses fresh milk from their own cows. This milk is the basic ingredient for their delicious ice-cream. The cows are outside in the meadow in nature area De Roggesloot. You can eat an ice-cream here and take a look in the stable. The little ones can enjoy themselves on the trampoline or the climbing tower with slide.
